How long does shipping take?
USPS/EMS/DHL Delivery is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 6-10 business days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the completion of your purchase for order confirmation to generate. Also, please be aware UAPLG shipping facility is closed on weekends.

2.) USPS/EMS International Mail (6-18 days Tracking provided. What does UA or Unauthorised Authentic mean?
All our sneakers & clothing are Unauthorised Authentic or also known as UA, that means made of the same exact materials as retail pairs, and comes exactly in the same box, wrapping, ziptie, and extra laces/accessory (if any). This means they are “identical” to the items you buy off websites like stockx or goat and other offline stores. Will i be able to resell these items for better profits?

What to expect after an order?
After an order is placed, it will take between 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Upon confirmation, you will be receiving an email that confirms your order has been shipped out and is heading your way. If a tracking option is applicable you will be able to find a tracking ID within 3-4 business days once your order is dispatched.
What is the UADPT confirmation number?
Immediately after placing your order we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a reference number you can use to enquire on your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange, or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
UADPT accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please submit a dispute on our Make A Dispute page or contact our Whatsapp support at 1-(800)-664-3197, or via our customer support on Instagram.

What does each order come with?

I am an International customer; will I have to pay Import Tax on your website?
Our team of shipping experts have delivered thousands of such orders around the world and are well aware of customs policy, great news is that we are able to avoid any tax or confiscation 90% of all time and in the case that an item is taxed (averagely about $30 USD) send us the invoice paid and we will re-imburse half back to you in store credits. In situation of confiscation, UAPLG will provide another identical order to you for FREE!
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Hong Koing will be shipped by EMS/DHL/UPS/FED EX depending on the weight and size of the product as well as shipping options.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
